成日聽人講觀塘啲工廈入邊好多高質食肆今日就去食一間位於成業大廈入邊既一間中菜館上到去,裝潢較簡約行80年代風,座位都舒適闊落坐低即刻叫嘢食,呢度除咗有酸菜魚,主打就係無骨豉油雞🤤係等待野食既時候,聞到一陣陣嘅香氣而且仲聽到廚房鑊鏟聲,未食已經想像到酸菜魚勁有鑊氣(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)-秋意特色酸菜魚 $198💰上枱好香既花椒味,湯頭濃郁帶微辣,好惹味份量好多,而且配料都好豐富,底下仲有水晶粉🤤而且佢係用黑鯛魚片、肉質紮實、鮮甜彈牙第一次食除咗鱸魚或者桂花魚做既酸菜魚,好有驚喜😋-秋意去骨豉油雞半隻 $94💰一上枱色澤好靚,皮香肉嫩入口好香濃嘅豉油味,完全唔會覺得鹹個人覺得唔好點薑蔥油,會搶咗豉油嘅香甜味平時好少食雞皮嘅我都食晒啲雞皮,好邪惡啊~~餐廳強調#食雞唔食皮不如唔好食,終於明點解🤤-百香果柑桔飲 $24💰唔會過甜,仲飲到百香果籽,酸甜開胃-陳皮普洱茶 $24💰解膩一流
