To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實都幾鐘意而家嘅食點心文化,以前食點心就要去茶樓,呢幾年多咗好多專食點心嘅舖頭,咁唔使排長龍又唔會好似酒樓咁貴茶錢,最近就去咗觀塘龍點心,所有點心都係即叫即蒸。上檯熱辣辣而且質素唔差,CP值高👍👍🥟 一籠大滿足 : 內有六種點心,比你一次過試齊6款野,有酸菜魚鳳眼餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、筍尖蝦餃皇丶松露野菌晶瑩餃丶鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣和豌豆桃子,總括來講全部都做到皮薄,我最欣賞佢個墨魚燒賣,用料新鮮一咬落去仲有爆汁蛋黃,呢個要小心食,超好味👍另一個我最愛係豌豆桃子:迷你壽包,超軟熟,入面綠色豌豆蓉,唔太甜。好味👌🍚 鰻魚荷葉飯:賣相超靚,頂有小小金箔,鰻魚肉質夠肥厚,撈埋荷葉飯內一起食,夠惹味,份量夠兩人食🧁 肉鬆馬拉糕:馬拉糕都好鬆軟,用沙律醬痴住肉鬆,好得意,唔錯👍🥩 燒汁肥牛腸粉:腸粉做到皮薄餡靚,佢內裹係一片片肥牛而唔係碎牛,所以牛味重啲,食時點小小鼓油,完美配搭 👍
