今日同朋友happy Friday,黎到觀塘呢間新開嘅樓上串燒店😚環境都幾乾淨,坐得幾舒服,日系風~ 我哋每樣都叫咗一啲嚟試下,都盡情叫,冇留肚🤭 煙肉芝士燒巨菇 $45 面上係煙肉芝士,估唔到燒得幾好,而且巨菇幾新鮮,因為菇嘅汁都鎖喺入邊,食嘅時候小心爆汁🤣 燒紐西蘭羊架 $58 + 燒特級牛舌芯$68 羊架都厚身,算大件,半肥瘦,但比較煙靭,唔太羶~ 牛舌芯入邊都juicy ,有咬口,不過不失~ 汁燒原隻魷魚$118 燒得幾好,唔會燒到好乾有黑焦,普遍仲有肉汁,魷魚肉大彈牙,味道比較清新😌燒鮮白鱔 $42 呢個係encore咗!因為幾驚喜,佢燒到外脆內軟,外皮微焦,鱔肉新鮮!招牌風味烤豬手 $58 呢個幾驚喜,豬手醃得入味,有d甜甜地,可能加咗糖漿或者蜂蜜,入邊骨膠原豐富~燒雞皮 $28 外脆好似食緊薯條咁😂 稍微偏鹹🙈秘製豆卜 $22 呢個真心幾好食,豆卜燒得好香脆,滿滿嘅蒜蓉,一啖咬落去,口腔充滿蒜蓉同埋豆卜嘅香味🥹 台灣腸 $22 烤得香脆,外皮薄薄一層~ 味道都ok😆
