To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

La Serre觀塘海濱道90號地下1號舖嚟咗觀塘海濱呢度賞月，同朋友book咗附近呢間西餐廳，環境好靚，感覺好Chill呀，我哋都唔算太肚餓，所以就叫一個set dinner同埋一個主菜大家share食煙三文魚牛油果沙律🥗兩片大大塊嘅煙三文魚，配上半個牛油果，份量十足，仲有啲烤好嘅車厘茄配上油醋沙律，非常開胃烤美國頂級紅屋牛扒18oz牛扒非常大塊，我哋叫咗五成熟，熟到啱啱好，肉質鮮嫩，而且非常多肉汁，配埋啱啱炸好嘅薯菜食，夠晒飽肚烤澳洲羊T骨扒三塊羊T扒，都係揀咗五成，佢嘅肉質比牛扒更加軟稔易入口，帶有少少香羊羶味，係接受到嗰種，幾正芒果芝士餅是日甜品係芒果芝士餅，藍妹芝士餅就食得多，芒果真係少見，個芝士味好香濃，配埋芒果粒竟然咁夾，兩個人share食一個就啱啱好唔會太heavy啦
