To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

傍晚時間已接近full house🌅不少客人都會點杯酒吃個小吃🍻主餐牌亦有不少選擇，是三五知己聚會的好地方💛//✨軟殻蟹牛油果墨西哥薄餅配蕃茄芒果莎莎軟殻蟹是出乎意料的多，有兩大原隻🦀🦀肉很多，也炸的酥脆也不會油膩～薄餅裡也夾著足足總共一整個的牛油果🥑配著蕃茄芒果莎莎一起吃，酸酸甜甜更清新😋✨燒西班牙黑豬梅頭肉配蘋果蓉用上梅頭的部位，肉質吃下去很淋又不會韌🐷沾上一點蘋果蓉一起吃，味道又會變得更特別🍎另外還有一塊好像是煎雜菜薯餅的東西，反而這個有點油。✨西班牙火腿薄餅是在小吃裡頭的菜式，份量不多，薄餅也真的是薄薄的一片，加上不少火腿、芝士和沙律菜，味道正常，沒特別驚喜。
