呢間餐廳雖然位於熟食中心內但唔好以為會好熱好焗其實佢冷氣都幾足 而且對面就係佢地嘅廚房所以等緊個陣係會聽到鑊氣聲嫁😂😂😂今次叫咗幾樣番屋企食🦐黑松露滑蛋炒蝦仁飯 $58🦀桂花蟹肉炒粉絲 $58🦀秘製蟹黃醬海皇炒飯 $58🦐 滑蛋蝦仁同白飯係分開兩個盒所以兩者之間唔會被沾污滑蛋蝦仁除咗有蝦 雞蛋之外仲有蟹柳粒粒 增加口感黑松露為整碟餸增加香氣相信堂食會更突出🦀 桂花蟹肉炒粉絲配料有椰菜 新鮮蟹肉 蝦仁等材料桂花即係將雞蛋炒致桂花形狀都幾睇師傅嘅火候發揮 講求速度嘅配合 粉絲炒得幾乾身 唔會好似漿糊咁🦀蟹肉仲食到少少鹹香🦀 秘製蟹黃醬 自己食到鹹蛋黃為主食落有種沙沙嘅感覺 炒飯同樣乾爽冇咩油膩感同味精 食完唔會見到有層油同樣有🦐仁同雞蛋等材料有時簡單就係最好整體感覺呢間嘅味精感唔重而且唔會重油 重口味等⋯不過都係建議堂食會更有風味下次會想食佢嘅炸子雞同🦀觀塘人放飯記住去啦不過可能要排隊 店舖唔多位置

🦐 滑蛋蝦仁同白飯係分開兩個盒
所以兩者之間唔會被沾污

滑蛋蝦仁除咗有蝦 雞蛋之外
仲有蟹柳粒粒 增加口感
黑松露為整碟餸增加香氣
相信堂食會更突出

桂花即係將雞蛋炒致桂花形狀
都幾睇師傅嘅火候發揮
