今晚係屋企附近比我發現左呢間係工廠區入面既高質日本野,主打廚師發辦鐵板燒!超耐無食鐵板燒,就同媽媽去食喇。呢度好好生意,吧台坐滿人,我地唯有坐下面既四人台。呢度有兩款傳統Omakase,分別係爍雨($1380)、焰月($980),有齊前菜、壽司、刺身、手卷、甜品。另外一款就係全套都係鐵板燒,$528有二人份量,咁抵我地就當然揀左呢款,再另外加左刺身8點($288)。首先上既係胡麻醬沙律同埋昆布湯開開胃。鱈魚,啱啱燒起既鱈魚熱辣辣。用左適量鹽同胡椒,啱啱好帶出鱈魚既鮮味!肉質嫩滑,仲有啲膠質添。廣島蠔,配埋啲蒜炒櫻花蝦,味道十足,好惹味!廣島蠔煎完既外皮入面係超滑溜既蠔肉,一啲都唔腥!鵝肝多士,多士用牛油煎過微脆,上面係入口即溶,而且飄來陣陣引人入勝既香氣既鵝肝,口感超豐富!薄切安格斯牛肉,有四件,入面包住啲生蒜。外面油潤,入面爽脆,非常特別。菊刺身,呢個另加既刺身拼盤,分別有三文魚、牡丹蝦、油甘魚、八爪魚、吞拿魚赤身、帶子、鯛魚。份量十足,好鮮,無雪藏味,好厚切,啖啖口,大滿足!炒雜菜,分別有芽菜、紅蘿蔔絲、椰菜、小棠菜,另外上四塊雞髀菇。雜菜切絲,所以啖啖都有唔同既菜。味道好有牛油香

呢度兩個廚師,一個侍應,密密加水而且上菜又會介紹菜式,同食客大家有講有笑。呢度係鴻圖道同駿業街交界既一間地舖,地方闊落無壓逼感,果然係觀塘一個難得既好地方。
