Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事Farewell飯特登上OpenRice搵吓好食嘅大排檔，見到「新滙聚」呢間好多好評所以去試吓，結果冇令我哋失望。😎我哋叫咗豉椒炒蜆、椒鹽鮮魷、滷水拼盤、黑椒薯仔牛柳粒、蠔餅等等。 每一樣嘢食都好好味，好有獲氣而且好新鮮。每樣嘢都係即叫即整所以熱辣辣！特別欣賞佢嘅炸嘢，佢嘅椒鹽鮮魷同蠔餅都係即刻炸起，好鬆化而且好香口！🤤飲品方面我嗌咗杯「有氣鮮檸蜜🍯🍋」，好正，好解渴！因為有檸檬同蜜糖，食啲齋嘢飲呢個就啱晒啦！食完晒之後個夥計仲請我地食桂花糕！清清甜甜咁可以解油膩感👍🏻呢間餐廳嘅位置位於工廈入面，所以帶啲難搵。同埋餐廳入邊嘅座位都比較想迫，所以多人嘅時候覺得有啲太嘈同埋好窄好迫。
