To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午經過將軍澳東港城，見到有可愛的角落生物登陸，吸引了我入去食午餐。午餐十分抵吃的，午市套餐壽司盛$50已包括有幾件壽司＋炸物＋烏冬或燉蛋，再單點和牛配鵝肝壽司$18、三色腐皮壽司$12和炸蝦卷$22。午市套餐壽司盛$50包括有幾件壽司＋炸物＋烏冬或燉蛋～一人一個套餐已經可以食得很飽，壽司新鮮，湯烏冬熱辣辣很暖胃，燉蛋嫩滑，炸物香脆。和牛配鵝肝壽司～鵝肝入口即溶，配肥美的和牛，好食！三色腐皮壽司～見到有可愛角落生物的圖案印在腐皮上，最適合小朋友。炸蝦卷～炸蝦卷一向保持水準，炸得香脆好味，又唔會乾。元氣壽司晚市很抵吃，其實午市也很優惠，今次仲有角落生物換購，小朋友們一定很開心。
