To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間乳酪店是長洲其中一家最熱門的打卡勝地, 主要是因為牆上寶藍色的紙皮磚, 配上地鐵站字體寫着”長洲”二字. 主打的是乳酪飲品, 自家製作比一般的來得更濃的質感, 有點似在飲奶昔. 本身不太酸, 配搭熱情果味道升級了, 兩者酸味的結合更突出, 不加糖的情況甜度自然, 喝起來沒有太多負擔, 而且腸道更為暢通. 小食選擇不多, 主要是蛋捲, 有蝶豆花和抹茶兩種口味, 前者的深藍色我覺得有點化學, 還是選擇後者好了, 味道一般, 蛋糕夠濕潤但忌廉可以再厚身一點. 一入去就有得吃喝, 不用白等的情況下心情更好, 吃得更滿足就是.
