To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 19/7今日舅父生日,所以就黎呢到食飯,環境殘舊,唔喜歡.服務好一般.價錢唔便宜,因為我地食左蟹煮伊麵(伊麵淋又無乜上湯味道),蒜茸蝦(乜蒜茸好貴咩,落得咁鬼少,仲要隻蝦細到暉)魚,芝麻鹽燒雞(鹹).,西蘭花魷魚(普通過媽媽煮),菜煮牛肉.西施骨(無味,又無乜肉).回味三弄牛肉,話得奬菜,我又唔覺得有乜特別,又唔夠味.仲要98元碟,真係唔值囉都樣野要讚咪西瓜同橙都好甜,不錯啦14個人都食左3200幾蚊,又唔係特別好食,仲話有乜野得奬菜,我唔覺有乜特別,有人請咪食,無人請自己去食就不必啦!
