To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮨文—一間元朗好出名既日本餐廳裡面座位好少,要預先book定當日食野個日有人walk in,侍應都要問問師傅接唔接因為佢既材料全部都好新鮮,有預返book位人數今日食呢個set係omakase有好多道菜-》如圖唔好以為佢d大路菜好求其佢既蒸蛋都落好重心機蛋裡面有帶子,有黑松露好鮮甜,帶子好新鮮坦白講-》我好鍾意食野不過唔係對每一樣刺身都知/記得佢係咩魚,咩部位不過唔緊要,師傅會慢慢話你知每一道刺身都好好食,好香,好油最重要係佢既海膽好好好好好食食每一淡都好滿足價錢$800。荷包都好肉赤
