To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天與朋友約食自助早餐,提前一天電話預約並要求坐卡位,餐廳應承。到達餐廳後服務員態度欠佳,命令式叫我們掃描安心出行,我們已經掃描緊,不用吹。我們原定預訂的卡位,服務員帶我們到廁所出面最近的不是卡位抬坐,我們即時說明訂座時要卡位,但為何變成廁所位?服務員說卡位無開,帶我們到其他的不是卡位抬坐。接著我們就見卡位有人坐及還有卡位的座位。我想說,如果吾比卡位,就應該一早講,吾好應承左,去到冇得比我地坐。真係無奈!
