疫情開始逐漸紓緩,喜歡食日式燒烤的我梗係要去食番餐好嘢放鬆一下。同事提議一齊去佐敦地鐡鄰近的德威大廈和匠日式燒肉店。店舖外內的風格富有日本風彩,感覺有如置身在日本。特別之處是每張桌都有個瓷器爐,神奇的是適當時候會自動開關;原來是由餐廳主機控制,好先進和貼❤️啊!牆壁的黑版上寫🈶️限定推介的優惠菜式和矜貴美饌。前菜方面:腍滑彈牙的磯煮鮑魚鮮甜,配入味的牛膀漬和酸辣泡茶,入口爽脆令胃口大開。 日本國產鹿兒島黑豚肉;油脂分布均勻,店員釋心指引下令豚肉燒得恰到好處,入口即融既感覺。香蒜牛油黑松露焗鮮嫰雜菌,香氣撲鼻,令這噸豐盛的晚餐帶來完美滿足!
