To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當天到九龍城買餸,途徑這間魚蛋粉餐廳,聽過很多朋友推介,見到當天都有十多人排隊,時間許可,於是便在烈日下排隊~等了大概15-20分鐘,途中不斷有人加入這個排隊的行列,的確絡繹不絕~我們點了一碗魚蛋河和四寶河,他們家的魚蛋是以結實為主,咬下去不算彈牙,湯底很淡,沒有味道,曾試過有些店家會以大地魚湯底,對比之下這間略為失色☹️豬肉丸、墨魚丸沒有特別,粉漿較多,總括兩碗河粉都一般般,如果要加上排隊和這個定價,就要再三思是否值得了😵‍💫
