新開張,集團式經營酒樓,呢間第一次食。試咗限定特價點心,南乳蒸豬手、蜜味叉燒酥。南乳蒸豬手偏硬,唔腍,個汁橙橙地色,味道麻麻。蜜味叉燒酥叫咗兩碟,一碟凍、一碟微暖,味道幾好,如果焗一焗,應該幾好味。春卷、炸雲吞,本身都好食,但個蝦餡好鹹,如果冇咁鹹就好好食。素翅餃又係好鹹,個餃皮一夾即散。叉燒飽個餡又係橙橙地色,味道一般。流沙飽夠熱又流沙,好味。但叉燒飽、流沙飽個飽有陣味,應該係d麵粉問題。煎蘿蔔糕、燒賣,正常發揮。山竹牛肉個餡唔香,冇乜馬蹄碎、芫荽碎。蒸排骨應該落咗好多粉,排骨(應該係肉)好腍,味道可以。服務一般,可能新開張未協調到,拎咗我壺滾水去加水,可以拎咗去第二張枱,人哋變咗一張細枱有兩壺水🤣可能食慣同商場另外一間酒樓,呢間應該唔會再試🫣
