To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見門口咁多明星相，入面又坐滿滿的，就入去試試咩料子。門口等埋朋友食煙，侍應已經好醒問定食咩煲，幫我地整定先，咁入去就唔使等咁耐。本身安排咗個兩座位枱，但落完單見我地叫得多嘢都立即換張大啲嘅枱，驚放唔哂。叫咗鮑魚雞煲小辣，鮑魚嫩口彈牙，雞件略為實肉。味道方面普通惹味，未夠入味，中級雞煲。試埋其他火鍋料先，豬肉片肥瘦適中，肉味不俗。鵝腸未夠香羶肥美，四寶丸普通，脆骨腩唔夠脆但有油香。有混合菜籃揀非常好，唔使淨係乾食一款咁悶
