To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上到黎熟食中心見誠記咁多人就坐低左，去到未食過既餐廳通常都叫d招牌野試，所以就叫個誠記炒飯試下先，即叫即炒出哂煙夠哂熱，份量正常好夠鑊氣飯有米香味，但落油重手左，食到後尾覺得飲左匙油係口咁，配料正正常常都算多，叉燒有少少肥同有叉燒既香味有驚香，唔係用埋d淨瘦叉咁“鞋”口，配埋凍檸茶就爽哂，51蚊有埋凍飲算係咁，個餐牌仲有咁多野食下次再黎食其他野原本想叫誠哥炒飯，但係見到佢有什豆就放棄左，另外加3蚊仲有得轉大杯裝，我飲唔哂就冇加大啦
