To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳最近新開 其實同之前嗰間係同一個集團 不過裝修完改咗個名.星期日朝頭早諗住去食個早餐 我哋一行三個人 點知啲員工係咁安排俾啲後面兩個人既入去 見到入面明明有連住兩張枱都唔俾我哋三個人 安排10分混亂 要我哋等咗大概35至40分鐘先入到去 真係嘥我時間.入到去發現餐廳比以前光猛左 每張枱亦都細咗所以位置多咗 .餐廳係用QR code落單 但係我覺得唔太user friendly 如果係老人家可以舉手叫員工幫手.沙嗲牛肉即食伊麵 ($32)$32只係有一碗麵同嘢飲 如果想要蛋同多士就要另外再加$8沙嗲牛肉不過不失 即食伊麵你平時食開嘅公仔麵彈牙火腿濃湯通粉 ($34)通粉就包牛乳炒滑蛋同蒜香牛油多士個湯底係奶白色 飲落都幾滑 有少少奶味但係入面加咗啲菜心粒 煮得唔夠林 食落好硬 同冧冧嘅通粉唔係好夾熱咖啡都係一杯普通嘅咖啡 咖啡唔係太香 但係都滑既
