To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

<酸辣撈薯粉> 大家應該都知㗎啦，好似都出咗一個月，不過我今日先有時間去試。我本身唔係好好撈麵嘅，因為唔鍾意乾增增，不過聽講唔少人話中辣都好辣，咁我就要見識吓啦。平時食開特辣麻辣，所以呢個只係酸辣撈，當然都係叫特辣啦。碗麵份量唔算多，餸就更加小，d青瓜絲小得可憐，撈完已完全消失。味道還可以。特辣嚟講都夠辣，係唔夠酸囉。薄脆唔夠香口。木耳同豬耳好入味。另外一樣孤寒就係芫茜&葱，如果落多少少就可以帶返酸辣味出嚟。會好食好多。總括來說過得去啦，不過應該唔會再食，因為真係好乾。都係食返有湯嘅，㷫住辣過癮d
