辛苦了一星期,我同男朋友都唔想煮,多數會Happy Friday! 唔想諗咁多,今晚食車仔麵,聽落好簡單,但其實都食得好滿足啦!門面光鮮,大型落地玻璃窗可清楚睇到店內的環境。裏面地方幾寬敞,坐位都唔少。牆上就掛了菜式的簡介。有兩款已定麵、自選餸麵、飯類、小食類和飲品。我要四餸菠菜麵($49+$2),餸和麵都好足,有厚肉嫩滑嘅蠔油冬菇、黏滑嘅牛孖根、爽脆嘅日式豬軟骨和鮮香的魚腐配上腩汁,味道少少鹹香。男朋友都係要四餸,但拼油麵 ($53), 大大碗,份量十足。揀了爽口入味的咖喱豬皮、腍嫩乾淨的滷水豬大腸(+$2)、香濃的柱侯牛腩 (+$2)和腍滑的五香牛肚 ,配上秘製沙嗲汁,味道香濃惹味。仲點咗三款小食。紅油餃子($30/跟餐) 一碟有六大隻,隻隻都好飽滿,皮薄饀靚,鮮肉和韭菜的比例差唔多,充滿韭菜香,淋滿紅油辣椒,越食越火辣,好過癮!滷水豬三寶 ($38)有半肥瘦嘅嫩腩肉、爽脆豬耳和嫩滑肥美雞翼,三款都入味,味道鹹香,有埋娃娃菜墊底,有菜有肉,好!骨湯灼菜心($20/跟餐) 粗壯翠綠,新鮮爽嫩,好清新,唔錯!
