To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人嘅時候諗唔到食咩，譚仔三哥係我其中一選，一個人易搵位，一坐低即叫餸，魚蛋，少米線，麻辣三小辣，剛見到最近推出了新嘅小食和飲品，又怎可錯過，當然要叫來試一試。即叫即燒的小食<辛蒜燒茄子🍆>$19，秘製的紅油加上香味濃郁的蒜泥，入口初時不覺辣，只覺蒜香味重，但隨後辣味漸漸湧上來，幸好點了新出的<解辣蘋果🍎酸>，原來真的解到辣，甜甜酸酸的味道，入口有點像蘋果醋，只需加$10就可以飲得到👍🏻
