To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一日諗去d2 place睇戲嘅時候，就諗住搵啲嘢食，咁啱見到三哥出咗新嘢就走去試。本身見到仲有酸辣魚片米線但係本身自己就對魚片冇乜興趣所以就淨係試咗個新小食。以下係我對呢款小食嘅一啲意見同睇法。新小食-蒜燒茄子—以下為個人主觀意見—茄子似只係蒸熟，無調味上面只放上蒜泥和五小辣醬，令茄子吾入味。所以吾太建議食。印象記得之前都有出過燒茄子嗰款係真係有燒過但就表皮會燶，希望可以再有改善下次再去食。賣相 8/10味道3/10
