To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥最近出咗新嘢——酸辣魚片米線$39，鮮嫩脆肉鯇魚片 x 酸辣湯底，即刻去試吓先！👍魚片大大塊，沒有一夾即散，數量足夠👍肉質嫩滑爽口，有鮮魚味👍魚片無骨，可以大大啖放心食👍有一小碟酸菜會另上，可以按自己需要而添加👍湯底無得揀辣度，固定辣度大概係5小辣，但可以揀其他湯底，例如：糊辣、重慶酸辣。每次去譚仔食米線都一定要叫個細土匪雞翼。雞翼大大隻，烤到外脆內軟，入面好多肉汁，香味撲鼻，令人食上引。
