在大角咀奧海城開業多年的「利寶閣」終於在數月前易手,取代它的是一間名叫「囍雲軒」的酒樓。新的裝修,新的佈置,地方都幾寬敝明亮,特別是天花上燈飾,最是吸引。這晚吃的是名叫「囍雲二人前」的「龍蝦套餐」($468/2位),菜式不算很多,不過已經足夠,有龍蝦、有乳鴿、有燉湯、有斑球,平均每人只是二百多元,都算幾經濟抵食。「脆皮燒乳鴿」(1隻)最先送上,只得一隻的燒乳鴿,瘦瘦的,不太多肉,雖然味道還好,其實不太夠喉。這套餐最吸引的「上湯開邊波士頓龍蝦伴伊麵」(1隻)分成兩碟送上,我與太太正好一人一碟,慢慢享受。龍蝦跟伊麵一向是絕配,只要龍蝦夠新鮮,上湯夠味道,軟滑的伊麵,結實的龍蝦肉沾以好味的上湯,絕對是無得輸的組合。「淮山杞子合桃響螺燉老雞」(兩位)是這套餐的老火燉湯。這以茶壺盛載的湯,湯味清甜而不太濃,順喉好喝,都算不錯。「茶樹菇萵筍炒斑球」的斑片約有五六塊,配以萵筍、茶樹菇與彩椒,味道及格,不過就稍欠鑊氣,要扣點分。「鮮濃湯野菌浸菜苗」清清的,份量頗多,顏色漂亮,濃味的上湯也好味道。「杯杯蛋白杏仁茶」特別地以白瓷杯而非用碗盛載,不太甜膩,甜度適中的杏仁茶,不失為一道飽餐後的美味甜品。總的來
