朋友邀請的試食之旅因為當日係餐廳第一日試業 所以有部份菜式未有供應架~- 鹽燒鯖魚我好鍾意嘅鯖魚料理之一, 哩度燒到皮脆脆, 魚肉唔乾, 處理得唔錯!- 海膽豆腐沙律一貫香港日式沙律嘅做法, 沙律菜配上胡麻醬, 抵讚位係沙律菜同海膽都好新鮮.- 明太子玉子燒燒到燶燶地嘅玉子配上明太子醬, 一口一件, 幾過癮~- 黑松露三文魚刺身同行朋友係三文魚怪, 佢超級鍾意. 我就覺得如果個松露醬落少啲, 個味道冇咁搶會好啲- 拖羅反卷冇乜特別, 就係反卷囉~ 反而我對個wasabi另眼相看, 係即磨架! 係即磨架! 係即磨架! (重要的事情重覆三次) - 櫻花流星啫喱我認我係為咗佢個名而叫嘅!!! 女人嘛... 啫喱嘅味道酸酸甜甜, 幾好味. BTW 我未喺香港食過有咁多櫻花瓣喺入面嘅甜品架~!!

燒到燶燶地嘅玉子配上明太子醬, 一口一件, 幾過癮~
- 黑松露三文魚刺身
同行朋友係三文魚怪, 佢超級鍾意. 我就覺得如果個松露醬落少啲, 個味道冇咁搶會好啲
- 拖羅反卷
冇乜特別, 就係反卷囉~ 反而我對個wasabi另眼相看, 係即磨架! 係即磨架! 係即磨架! (重要的事情重覆三次)

我認我係為咗佢個名而叫嘅!!! 女人嘛... 啫喱嘅味道酸酸甜甜, 幾好味. BTW 我未喺香港食過有咁多櫻花瓣喺入面嘅甜品架~!!
