To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Vivian好耐冇食三哥了🤤🤤成日經過都想試下佢碗新野，今日終於有機會試到🤩叫左2個餐，一碗係蕃茄湯米線（with豬肉and豬潤），另一碗係煳椒肉骨湯米線（新出既）可能Vivian太耐冇食，個豬潤好食左😳好爽口，正，同埋好欣賞三哥既番茄湯冇乜味精，食完飲埋湯都唔會好口渴Vivian想試呢個煳椒肉骨湯好耐🤤🤤個豬肉好冧好香胡椒味，仲有個老油條，浸埋落個湯等30秒先食，少少淋但仲係脆，正。但係Vivian食左陣先發現白木耳呢？🤣🤣同阿姐講，佢後補返：Vivian覺得仲有少少肚餓，叫多個茄子食😋如圖所見，好多蒜🤤🤤正，三哥唔會令我失望好唔好食？不嬲都好食會唔會再幫襯？一定會啦
