約幾個好友食晚餐,朋友訂咗呢度,之前試過天后分店,今次去油麻地呢間試業中分店(試業期間有8折折扣)準時到,地鐵站一出就到地方好方便,門面光鮮,有魚缸放養海鮮,店內比天后開揚(樓底高啲)簡約裝修,桌椅唔迫,店家仲好好比咗大枱我哋!(當然要睇當日無大枱訂位)餐具幾民族風味!落單紙有好多食物,店員介紹新嘅湯底同食材款式,我又特別試啲之前無食過嘅!椰子雞湯🥥🐔($298)呢款新出嘅雞湯,喜歡作嘅銅鍋(未食視覺上都加咗分😍)材料放咗好多(椰子、蘆薈、白雪耳、紅棗、紅蘿蔔)雞肉另上,雞肉上仲有鵪鶉蛋😍,湯滾就落雞肉,雞肉嫩滑,最奇係雞皮係爽口(好肉炆豬腳仔啲皮係爽彈嘅)鵪鶉蛋又嫩滑,淡湯滾起飲,濃味好清甜!之後落埋雞肉,多咗肉味更濃,因為加嘅湯唔係椰子湯,店員建議我哋飲夠先加湯!真心想我哋飲到呢啖湯嘅好味地方!手切牛頸脊🐮($218/例)雪花好平均,牛肉輕灼已夠,牛味濃又嫩口,好味炸魚皮($53)呢個真無必食,魚皮大塊,炸漿又薄,炸出來唔會太乾好脆,唔浸湯都唔會覺得油膩,比肥髀搶晒鮑魚仔($168)好新鮮,淥到離殼即食,𠝹咗格仔,灼完唔韌又彈牙(平時我唔喜歡食鮑魚都覺得好味)自制四寶丸($78)四

自制四寶丸($78)四款丸細細粒(牛丸、墨魚丸、鯪魚肉丸、蝦丸)自己最喜歡蝦丸,入面加了未打爛嘅蝦肉,仲加咗卜卜脆蟹籽,多種口感好爽好味!墨魚好彈牙,牛丸、鯪魚丸幾好!
皇帝菜($38)好新鮮,洗得乾淨!淥一淥爽嫩好味(我唔食茼蒿,味道太強,但喜歡皇帝菜,有嗰種獨特香味又唔會太強)
年榚($25)似韓式年榚,淥一陣已熟,配雞湯好夾!又唔會好滯肚!
竹笙($32/半份)爽嫩又索湯,好夾雞湯!

竹蔗水($14/杯)店員提我竹蔗水未雪凍,對我剛剛好!微涼唔太甜,味道清甜,打邊粒飲剛剛好
酸梅湯($14/杯)雪凍酸梅湯,肥髀飲

菜芥($14)火鍋沾醬配料四款(生熟蒜茸,辣椒、蔥)新鮮好味!我最喜歡青蔥花豉油!夾牛肉好味!

店員定時收碟加湯,唔會騷擾,又會比啲窩心建議,喜歡呢度有啲食材可以叫半份,對於我呢啲眼闊肚窄又想試多幾款食物嘅人來講,實在好用!呢度抽風不錯,食完唔會成身濃濃嘅火鍋味(少許總有的)
