Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天收工時間有點晚，決定去譚仔買晚餐回家吃，之前已經看見譚仔出了新口味-豬軟骨寬麵，另外再點些小食回家。我選擇的是花椒重慶湯底（中辣），豬軟骨一共有三件，我個人比較喜歡豬軟骨咬落有口感，但這個豬軟骨已經快要化開了，豬軟骨沒有什麼味道。寬麵口感不錯，新的這個重慶湯底愛辣的人一定很喜歡，這個湯底我覺得不錯，不過還是酸辣湯在我心目中是第一名，這個湯底像傳統重慶口味比較多紅油在表面。另外點了土匪雞翼，譚仔的土匪雞翼一定很好吃，不用多說。另外還點了雞腳筋，爽口入味，下次會再點這個小食還叫了新出的荔枝青檸梳打，不太有荔枝味青檸味亦比較淡裏面有一些粉紅色珠珠挺有咬口。
