To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偶爾食吓譚仔米線都幾滋味。今次就試吓荃灣新店。要咗碗清湯三餸米線加碟小吃。不過可能是清湯的關係所以發覺今次譚仔D湯冇以前咁鹹。魚蛋也算彈牙爽口。魚腐份量也算OK。炸醬就有點兒怪怪地，吃下去不怎麼吃到炸醬的味道。芽菜、韭菜、腐竹的份量比較少。米線也算可以。小吃點了爽脆生腸。我覺得譚仔的生腸都幾好味。辣辣地，生腸幾脆幾爽口，口感和味道都不錯。可能是新店的關係所以地方也算乾淨，環境舒服，服務員的態度也好好。
