今晩來到位於尖沙咀的日本居酒屋,環境不錯有情調。店員會向你介紹時日海鮮:每位也有前菜 ($20),要注意就算拒絕前菜也需以人頭收費的。前菜是芽菜和豆腐。豆腐上有魚仔,帶鹹香,令人開胃。鰻魚泡飯 ($168) 賣相吸引,鰻魚大條,鮮甜厚肉,實在吃得過癮。如果飯的份量也增加會更好。蒲燒汁加上湯成泡飯也是第一次吃。鯛魚茶漬飯 ($108) 是用鯛魚魚生,倒進湯後鯛魚會變熟,加上少量日式芥未,湯底清甜帶鮮味。油甘魚壽司($25/件)鮮甜肥美,確實高質。炙燒日本地雞拌柚子胡椒 ($88) 即叫即燒,雞肉嫩滑多汁。而旁邊的柚子醬更是特别,因為辣度十足,我就十分欣賞了。
