To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次同朋友去到黃埔諗唔到食咩，行行下發現原來開左間茶木，其實係第一次朝聖，所以就嗌最熱門嘅牛肉麵同藍莓雪糕吐司。牛肉麵黎到已經聞到好香嘅湯底味，忍唔住即刻飲湯，果然好濃郁，再咬一啖牛肉，又淋又入味，加上個麵都算彈牙，搞唔掂，我地最後都係嗌多個牛肉麵。然後吐司到喇，個賣相真係一百分，吐司焗到好脆，而且有蜜糖甜味，本身已經好好食，再加上雪糕，令到吐司脆得黎感覺唔會太熱氣，恰度好處。而環境佈局當然係簡約嘅田園風，啲員工又幾有禮貌，所以成餐都食得好開心！
