前菜點咗炸雞翼同cold cut。雞翼即叫即炸溫度十足亦好juicy,醃得都好入味,有少少辣十分香口,餸酒一流。Parma ham肉泛油光,新鮮度十足,廚房亦毫不吝嗇切到有幾大塊得幾大塊,連同大大嚿哈密瓜一齊食簡直係一大滿足。之後就係呢度主打之一嘅生蠔啦。我哋order咗一打Gillardeau,全部望落發育健全有波有蘿,新鮮肥美一啲都唔腥。開蠔師傅好細心保留咗蠔殼入面嘅海水,食落原汁原味。 食完第二朝啲aftertaste礦物味仲喺度。做得呢度嘅主打,水準果然有返咁上下,絕對物超所值👍話明係oyster&grill,食完生蠔當然要試埋呢度嘅扒啦。主食嗌咗斧頭扒,驚住唔夠食再加多咗個鱈魚意粉,不過個扒嚟到就知錯了。遠處嚟緊嘅時候已經心諗咁大盤嘢唔會係我哋掛?隔離檯都望住。上到檯比過吓真係大過我塊面(雖然我個人塊面偏細,仲有鼻高高、眼大大...)。不過大份還大份,最重要都係好唔好食。斧頭扒當日叫咗五成熟但略嫌都係熟咗少少偏向七成,建議order時可以再叫生少少就perfect池。不過肉質都保持到鬆軟多汁,油脂分佈均勻,口感豐富。另有薯角做配菜,亦做得一啲都唔馬虎,食得出係熱辣辣新鮮炸起,

話明係oyster&grill,食完生蠔當然要試埋呢度嘅扒啦。主食嗌咗斧頭扒,驚住唔夠食再加多咗個鱈魚意粉,不過個扒嚟到就知錯了。遠處嚟緊嘅時候已經心諗咁大盤嘢唔會係我哋掛?隔離檯都望住。上到檯比過吓真係大過我塊面(雖然我個人塊面偏細,仲有鼻高高、眼大大...)。不過大份還大份,最重要都係好唔好食。斧頭扒當日叫咗五成熟但略嫌都係熟咗少少偏向七成,建議order時可以再叫生少少就perfect池。不過肉質都保持到鬆軟多汁,油脂分佈均勻,口感豐富。另有薯角做配菜,亦做得一啲都唔馬虎,食得出係熱辣辣新鮮炸起,薯味十足外脆內軟。薯角上嘅時候無調味嘅,我自己都prefer咁樣上,因為食客可以根據自己口味加鹽同胡椒或者乜都唔加。另一主菜鱈魚意粉用咗香草蘑菇忌廉做汁,食落味道夠濃郁亦唔會太漏。鱈魚扒魚皮煎到金黃色好香脆,魚肉食落仲好firm好juicy,充滿魚油香。呢度嘅意粉意粉煮得淋身少少,如果平時鍾意食開硬身啲可以落order嘅時候講埋,呢度啲staff都好nice


當晚仲有田螺同牛肝菌忌廉湯,掛住食都唔記得影相
。田螺喺一般平民西餐廳都唔係咁常見有得食,呢度做得相當唔錯。至於個湯飲落啖啖蘑菇肉,用料十足,係呢度另一誠意之作。強烈推介👍
Other Info. : 總結當晚一共食咗: 兩個前菜,一個小食,一個湯,一打生蠔,兩個主菜,埋單大約$5xx一位。其實以呢個價錢食到咁多嘢,餐廳環境又四四正正,同埋有咁高質素真係無乜嘢可以挑剔。喺大角咀鄰近都有唔少西餐廳,不過呢間新開走港式少少,主打新鮮生蠔同扒嘅餐廳係有啲驚喜。建議鍾意食西餐嘅朋友如果不妨可以試吓。
