To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日日碌ig都睇到呢個新出既撈米線廣告，作為譚仔fans，真係好想黎試下食，今日收工終於的起心肝黎試。呢個撈米線全名叫做麻辣汁烤雞炸醬撈米線，鍾意食辣既我叫左中辣，平時食譚仔都好鍾意叫佢個炸醬，呢個撈米線就有好多炸醬，其實都幾好食，不過略嫌炸醬加埋麻辣汁一齊都有啲咸，尤其係食到最後三分一個陣，成碗米線都比較咸啲。而烤雞份量都夠食，雞皮都係脆脆地咁，係幾惹味既。不過下次應該會叫返平時食開既雞肉炸醬中辣算啦
