To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六朝早出去食個豐富嘅新鮮早餐啦。商場1樓新裝修,有酒樓,湯加,一開張就爆渠嘅大快活,仲有裝修中嘅KFC。成11點幾,咁快快地試個湯加早餐先。門口有人等緊,要攞飛。等咗一陣即有4人枱。早餐餐牌有兩面,都算多選擇嘅。落好單之後,會印一張俾返我地。我地點咗3個蕃茄湯火腿餐肉腸嘅餐,本嚟嘅通粉賣曬,所以兩個轉米粉,一個轉公仔麵。兩碗睇落都大碗架,有蕃茄架。腸仔係長嘅,唔係普通廚師雞肉腸,好味d嘅。餐肉同火腿都厚切,有咬口。點知第3碗轉公仔麵嘅就出事喇,無蕃茄湯嘅?同嗰個出餐嘅職員講,佢好似唔信錯嘢咁,又完全無意思攞返入去咁囉。算啦,樓面得嗰3個人,個個都忙到不得了,入返去都唔知幾時出,只好照食... ... 粉餐加5蚊轉多士做班戟,都係正常嘢,食得嘅,仲1塊班戟跟1包糖漿,夠曬甜啦。粉餐加6蚊轉多士做蔥油餅半份,都份正常嘢,唔油,食得嘅。餐飲都係正常份量,要金桔蜜都唔洗加錢。我唔食得牛奶,所以落單嘅時候問職員呢個蛋白麥皮有無奶。佢答我糖自己加... ... 咁我都試一試有冇奶啦... 食落就知無奶,不過係甜嘅... ... 又話糖自己加嘅?不過食落係正常嘢,都算啦。落單嘅時候我同咗職員講,

不過店面嘅職員真係唔夠,每張枱下面嘅櫃桶嘅餐具都無人去加番,所以我地都係自己去第2張枱睇下有冇啦。直到過曬最多人坐滿又早餐外賣多嘅時間,12點幾,終於有職員加番d餐具喇。

坐都舒服嘅,舖頭都光,而且新裝修呢。餐具都新嘅,而且設計睇落都幾歡樂。食物份量正常,質素都正常。不過落單嗰下真係要改善,服務態度都可以再好d。舖面忙到不得了,坐滿再出面有人等真係唔夠人。要夾個好時間去食。
