一行四人試食內地著名燜鍋。以前在內地工作時已有聽聞黃記煌,一直無機會試,知道佢黎左香港開,馬上去試。燜鍋選擇好多,有魚,雞,海鮮,牛等,我地最後揀左雞。其實食飯同雞煲基本無異,不過煮雞嘅過程多啲步驟同埋製作認真啲。一上菜時,服務員拎左個酒壺型嘅物體黎,原來當中內有玄機,雞,配菜,汁,莞茜一層層放好! 首先服務員放入油膏,話有調味同藥材精華,之後用手將蔬菜墊好在鍋底上,再放上雞件,冚蓋燜大約十分鐘。之後無耐服務員將醬汁打杰淋上面,最後就落莞茜,每一個步驟都一絲不苟。煮嘅時候散發出陣陣藥材味,食就唔係好覺,但都非常惹味,不過雞略嫌切得太細舊。食完雞就加湯打邊爐,料方面中規中矩。牛拼盤比較一般,性格比略低。黑松露手打丸好味,桶蠔都大隻。鮮鵝腸多膏!整體間嘢唔錯,裝修新淨企理, 地方亦就腳。可能新開,唔算好多人唔太嘈。服務員態度非常耐心有禮,值得一贊!最後,原來餐廳同許留山有crossover, 可以飲到芒椰奶西同食到多芒小丸子等甜品,幾creative!

整體間嘢唔錯,裝修新淨企理, 地方亦就腳。可能新開,唔算好多人唔太嘈。服務員態度非常耐心有禮,值得一贊!
