To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次終於不再飲珍珠奶茶或香芋加珍珠，嘗試沒有奶的。今次喝913烏龍茶加珍珠，清清的，在夏天也是一個不錯的選擇，沒有奶感覺更清涼，而且有一點甘甘的茶味，微糖甜度剛好。喜歡這一款呵。午餐時間去，一定要預比較多時間等拿飲品，之前買過有幾次都等很久，在我之後的號碼也取了，但我還沒有，原來漏了，真的很生氣。天仁真係可以改善混亂情況，例如有電子板可以看到到哪個號碼，因為店員根本沒有叫，這是要改進的地方。
