To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唐詩三百首大家懂多少!從來沒有墨水的我記得的詩真不多,不過喜歡吃的我可以透過菜式上重溫點點詩情畫意,今天就跟大家一起進入充斥墨水的美食世界。帝京酒店內的獅房菜從來也是美食的集結地,江師傅善用中國文學融入菜式當中更是坊間的佼佼者,近來就推出了全新的獅房發辦.唐詩宴,我當然要跟朋友一起來享受精彩美食。這天我們選上九道菜的獅房發辦.唐詩宴來品嚐!事不宜遲先以三款頭盤來揭開序幕!於仙氣降臨的頭盤內包括有柚香冷麵、荷燻鯧魚及紅菜酥。大廚將杜甫「槐葉冷淘」的冷麵幻變成清爽的柚香萵荀冷麵!脆脆的口感加上柚子清新香氣實在太易討好嘴巴了。杜牧「齊安郡中偶題」帶著無限愁情!但這件荷燻鯧魚則充斥香甜的滋味,加上香脆口感令魚塊味道增值不少啊。韓愈「早春呈水部張十八員外二首」中最美的季節遠勝過綠柳滿城的春末!像這紅菜酥內裏包裹著紅菜頭、雜菌、黑毛豬、菜脯及芝士等餡料,味道細膩如酥叫人心醉不已。杜秋娘「金縷衣」勸君莫惜金縷衣、勸君惜取少年時!流金沙脆鮑魚的八頭鮑魚裹上金縷衣後酥香迷人鮮味十足,伴以香口炸牛蒡及紫蘇作配菜,再配以鹹蛋黃、南瓜蓉、鮮奶及辣椒蝦米炮製而成的醬汁,以微辣刺激徒添風味不錯吃耶。杜甫「陪鄭廣文
