To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來今日好開心可以放早,點知人哋個個放晒工我就要加班仲要每逢中秋倍塞車所以加班嘅時候我食咗個月餅打底公司每年都會有唔同嘅客戶送月餅俾我哋食,一般係雙黃蓮蓉或者冰皮,但我嘅口味比較特別所以自己買咗盒金腿五仁月餅跟同事分享香港製造的傳統口味金記茶餐又平又靚,就連月餅出品都有返咁上下質素。甜嘅月餅大家就食得多啦!帶有鹹香嘅月餅,後生仔女可能就好少接觸。我都係因為我爸爸鍾意食,所以先會嘗試第一件金華火腿月餅真係充滿童年回憶選用優質嘅金華火腿,肥瘦適中。而五仁即係五種香脆嘅果仁,我就係見到有唔同嘅瓜子同埋芝麻啦!而點解食到有甜甜地嘅味呢?就係因為混入咗鮮果提煉而成的鮮果乾。100%香港製造食得安心入口鹹香的月餅夠晒特別祝大家中秋節幸福
