To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次在意樂吃午餐,便叫了一個焗豬扒飯,番茄汁非常新鮮,不似外面加番茄醬而是用新鮮番茄做,最驚喜就是配菜,食落去絕對新鮮好味有三色椒等等,配合煎香醃製過的豬扒和珍珠米飯,簡直絕配,另外檸檬茶,是用新鮮檸檬汁,不是一片片檸檬,我覺得這樣比較衛生,因外面應該都不會怎樣清潔外皮,所以我覺得餐廳經營者頗用心機的,所以我便再去幫襯試他的早餐,真的很欣賞廚師用心製作,無論選材烹調及性價比都超乎我祈望,首先是個米粉,質感煙韌及幼滑有別於連鎖快餐店,雜菌品種亦不是普通種類,似酒店用那些菇菌,炒蛋有濃香牛油味加用心切的蔥花,顯然用過心思,焗流心蛋頗適合我因不會用油去煎這麼油膩,另加雞扒亦只是$15,煎到皮脆肉滑,份量適中,番茄湯似是新鮮番茄製作,但如再濃些少便是完美,難得茶餐廳這麼用心製作,非常值得支持。
