之前嚟同舊同事屋企,去過附近食一間燒味嘅茶餐廳真係好出色,本來想覆桌。但係上次食完之後燒烤真係食唔落嘢,今次係又係燒烤,所以都係唔好咁過分。同埋搦住勁多海鮮,都係唔好行咁遠,直頭喺佢屋企樓下搵間餐廳食,就算本身book mark左一間星馬餐廳,但係未食早午餐都係食少少飯填一填,又想食肉燥,噤就揀咗呢一間。入到嚟都有啲驚晏晝四點幾下午茶時間得兩檯客。隔離米線舖勁多人,但係又唔想食米線。咁照硬着頭皮入去啦。其實都已經諗好咗肉燥雞扒飯配洛神花茶。個茶冇我想像中咁甜,合我口味。等咗唔夠10分鐘,就上餐。諗住都係煮定㗎啦,都冇乜特別嘅要求,都係快快地食完之後上去準備燒烤啲嘢。食落第一啖肉燥㗎味係幾特別嘅,唔似傳統台灣嘅肉燥嘅味道,但係又唔係唔好食,不過呢個唔太鹹嘅口味我都覺得唔錯。跟住試吃埋個雞扒,咬落去超驚喜,塊雞皮係超脆,感覺唔係炸雞扒真係煎到咁脆,問心出邊好多餐廳都做唔到呢個效果,估唔到咁偏遠嘅地方都真係臥虎藏龍。個鹽酥雞都同我預期有少少落差,唔係一粒粒係一片片,但係佢又唔會炸得太乾身。唯一係薄片個口感怪咗少少。但我覺得住附近嘅人真係可以支持吓!
