是夜到了一間新鮨店吃omakase店內簡潔時尚,店員友善親切先有嫩滑無腥的白子作為前菜後有真鯛、鮫鰈魚、太刀魚和帆立貝等味道較清鮮的白身魚和貝類先開味蕾而炙燒的赤鯥肥美香嫩,令人特別回味接下來是經過三小時慢煮的南非鮑魚,光吃的腍嫩鮮味,沾上以其肝部淆煮的醬料同吃便是香濃!!再有令人驚喜的炸真鯛,配上柑橘蜜糖芥末汁嫩滑的肉身上是薄脆的魚鱗,味道跟層次感同為上佳每貫壽司均有不同的調味,每款調味均能將其食材味道更為突出,突顯當中的美味之處刺身壽司固然新鮮,師傅的刀功手藝亦能從中感受而熟食煮物令該晚的用膳體驗生色不少!!!光是日式蒸蛋便配上大蜆濃汁,表面亦滿佈鮮味的小貝柱,至今仍令人回味呢熊本牛入口香軟無筋,伴上的炸藕片脆如薄片,味道配搭實屬佳作尾數的味噌湯也不是馬虎之作,是用上蟹殼蟹身煮成的豆乳蟹湯呢!!!最後的刀根柿和赤肉蜜瓜多汁香甜,完美
