今日放工就過去搵食,去到一間望落幾正,好似日本嗰啲拉麵檔咁,前邊有個師傅煮麵,我哋就係坐喺後邊睇住佢整嚟食,見佢咁有風味,就入去試吓啦。老闆親自操刀,望住佢整,都幾期待。佢都幾nice,會提醒邊啲好食啲,同埋提我地有茶飲,可以自己斟。以下就講下我叫咗個兩個麵,如果你睇到依度就想知道食評結果,我可以話俾你知:一定要試黑蒜油豬骨湯底拉麵:第一碗上嚟嘅係呢碗黑蒜油豬骨麵,呢個面我哋食出前一定到成日食,所以就睇吓如果有真人師傅整會唔會差好遠呢?原來真係差好遠㗎,係好食一百倍,唔單止賣相好靚,大家可以睇下張圖。重點係佢啲配料同埋香味都色香味俱全。先講下塊叉燒,睇住佢用火槍燒走啲多餘油脂,食落口又香又好味,明顯睇到師傅嘅心思。佢啲拉麵煮得恰到好處,唔太硬唔太遠,份量亦都10分足夠,相信一個大男人嚟食都會覺得夠飽。佢個湯底夠味得來唔覺得佢用味精,係誠意之作。仲有佢嗰隻出色嘅溫泉蛋,望吓個蛋黃就已經令人垂涎三尺。北海道牛乳拉麵:呢個面10分有驚喜,就係佢個湯底。我以為只係普通嘅牛乳味拉麵,但係估唔到一入口我真係以為自己飲緊牛奶,係一個好夾拉麵嘅牛奶味。佢牛奶味調得好好,因為師傅係真係自己煮個湯底出嚟,

北海道牛乳拉麵:呢個面10分有驚喜,就係佢個湯底。我以為只係普通嘅牛乳味拉麵,但係估唔到一入口我真係以為自己飲緊牛奶,係一個好夾拉麵嘅牛奶味。佢牛奶味調得好好,因為師傅係真係自己煮個湯底出嚟,所以整個麵都係配搭得宜,叉燒溫泉蛋同埋配料都恰到好處。
