To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近成日都想食牛腩牛什，試左幾間都無間滿意，心思思想試呢間好耐，但見openrice又無乜食評，不過今日行過轉角的沾x記見到勁多人，完全無位坐，所以膽粗粗都黎試下呢間。呢間鋪頭好處係選擇都幾多，雲吞、各式丸類同牛類都有齊。叫左碗牛腩雲吞米，賣相唔算好靚，不過鮮蝦雲吞夠爽口，牛腩有少少韌，不過滷得入味得黎又唔會太鹹或者蓋過晒d牛腩味。至於個湯底，女仔可能會嫌佢多油，不過我覺得個味夠濃，有少少似豬紅味，好正，而且因為多油所以食完都仲keep到碗米係熱既！雖然價錢係土記黎講有少少貴，單併$19，雙併$24，不過因為間鋪人流唔算多，而且係誠意製作，所以我覺得都ok。想食雲吞既話都會幫襯返平d既沾x記，但想食牛既不妨轉個彎幫襯合隆
