今日去開銅鑼灣,朋友之前推介,有間新開樓上café質素幾好,所以就同老公去左呢度食晚飯。Café地方唔太大,裝修簡潔,有公仔同掛畫等擺設,感覺舒服,好warm。餐牌上set dinner都幾豐富,我哋叫左個封門柳同意粉。素食雜果沙律:裡面有橙、士多啤梨、藍莓同青提子,用新鮮生果甜味做調味,味道清新。另外呢度用椰菜做沙律菜,擺盤似花花,感受到廚師嘅心機。蘑菇湯:食到粒粒蘑菇,味道淡淡,蘑菇味濃,湯面幾滴橄欖油多左香味。慢煮安格斯封門柳配阿根廷青醬配炸薯條:賣相真心好,薯條剛炸起,熱辣辣。封門柳紅紅地,口感剛好,唔太硬又唔太軟,青醬味道都好好,同封門柳味道好夾。另外配菜有迷你甘荀仔同小菜球、蒜頭等都燒到好香,整體好好食。炙燒北海道帶子配蒜香明太子扁意粉:帶子size大,新鮮,輕輕燒過,入口帶鮮味。明太子鹹鹹地,扁意粉用左明太子汁加蒜蓉做醬汁,好香蒜蓉味,夠味道,幾好味。飲品:叫左Iced Macha latte (凍抹茶鮮奶) (+$15)同Iced Hojichi latte (凍焙茶鮮奶) (+$15),抹茶鮮奶抹茶味濃,焙茶鮮奶茶葉烘過,香氣十足,兩款都好好飲。意式奶凍配雪糕:用左伯
