To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

7月5日, 94週月快樂~喺夜晚食週月晚餐之前, 中午食少少野先~ 因為食得多源成興, 佢地d野又超大份, 所以今日我地揀去食誠記~ 佢都係我成日食嘅地方, 因為佢地沙爹味道香濃好味~ 不過佢地誠記係無茶餐特餐叫嘅, 全部都要散嗌~::: 沙爹牛肉麵 ::: $12沙爹我覺得係超好食, 無論食咩麵咩米加沙爹都好正, 佢地真係沙爹湯底, 好濃味少少辣, 懷疑係用打邊爐嗰d湯包~ 牛肉好淋有肉味, 不過配乜都好只要有沙爹就已經好足夠~::: 冬菇雞絲米 ::: $15成碗野超大兜! 原隻冬菇炆得夠淋, 去晒澀味, 好甜~ 雞絲用上雞柳肉, 夠嫩, 食到鮮味架真係! 個湯底吸收晒冬菇同雞絲嘅精華, 好甜呀~ 配米粉又健康又美味~::: 凍檸茶 ::: $9飲品有大細之分, 我地叫咗杯細嘅. 茶味同檸檬味都ok, 不過不失~始終佢地冇餐叫就冇咁好, 散叫價錢一定唔會平得過源成興d餐, 所以佢地人流唔算多. 另外, 佢地落單仲維持住舊式大排檔咁, 唔用紙寫低, 淨係用腦記住你叫咗乜, 收錢嗰時先數枱面嘅碟去計數, 所以漏單情況都幾多, 希望佢地及早發現問題同加以改善…
