去到土瓜灣唔知食乜好,行吓行吓見到一間門面細細馬路邊嘅麵店。見到食汕頭嘢,又有吊龍呀咁,儘管試下。叫咗鮮牛肉乾撈粿粉,味道特別,起碼香港其他地方食唔到,肥肥嘅老板好nice,會續樣介紹啲嘢食,老闆話呢款乾撈面响汕頭每戶都識整,但每家嘅口味都唔同,撈麵個醬係用麻醬,沙茶醬,花生醬溝出嚟。牛肉係鮮牛肉,但因為為咗迎合香港人,啲牛肉用咗蘇打粉醃,無咗鮮牛嘅煙韌,但都畀出面其他嘅好味。仲叫咗個牛肉雞蛋腸粉,個粉漿係老闆自己調教,布拉即蒸,腸粉裡面有蕃茄,都幾鮮味,唔錯。老闆另外推介魚冊菜湯,未聽過咩叫魚冊,就試下,味道同魚皮鮫一樣,但外面包嘅係用海魚肉做,外皮薄,相比一般魚皮鮫口感好啲。下次經過可以再食。
