早在長沙灣首店時已想一試雞煲跟芝士這個不算很有創意,但全城好像沒有多少間餐廳有賣的這個“創意”菜式,但一來地點有點隔涉,總店離地鐵站還有好一段路程,二來兩次經過也大排長龍,店外全是九十後的年輕人,使到縮縮有點忌諱,但又真的躍躍欲試。今天,幸得由九十後美少女帶隊的飯局,她,竟然選中了我所想要的。在我還未到過總店一試時,米酒雞經已悄悄在太子開了分店,還跟地鐵站很近呢!分店位於藍馬之城二樓,於太子站 C1 出口出,上到地面左轉走三十秒便是了。正門旁邊有米走雞專用電梯,甫進店內,芝士與洋葱香氣撲鼻,食慾,便大增了。坐下立馬點了個細芝士雞煲,看着芝士慢慢在煲中融化,再伴以我最愛的紫洋葱碎經已令人急不及待,一開蓋的時候夾起一塊雞,芝士拉絲的長度由煲邊去到碟邊,這情景更令我覺得興奮。店員建議不要攪伴,讓芝味更為濃郁,雞肉一口咬下,芝味,算是滿足了,但雞肉方面可以更滑溜,鹹度方面加湯後顯得較為對勁,但芝味又少了,相信略加香草等一類香料醃之,令味道更有層次,讓味蕾不會只週旋在鹹味之上會更好。竹笙墨魚滑屬創意之作,能吃出墨魚滑用料極其新鮮,真正做到爽口彈牙,與竹笙的比例可以均衡一點。粟米極度鮮甜,是上貨,
