To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前有位知名人士反問雲吞麵係最好餐廳服唔服喎? 點解唔得? 莫講話雲吞麵都扲到米芝蓮, 大家由細食到大, 無人未食過, 雲吞麵係最能代表香港既美食. 不過人地食慣山珍海味高高在上, 我真係識條麵咩...去奧海城睇戲, 仲有半鐘幾鐘先開場, 就係附近搵食啦. 點菜後侍應先奉上蘋果茶 $3: 微甜，有清香優雅果味，舒服安神, 餐前餐後亦清清味蕾炸醬雲吞橯麵 $45: 炸醬有肉絲冬菇絲，甜中帶微辣，雲吞皮簿結實, 蝦肉鮮彈，豬肉有少少麻油香，麵質纖細, 鬆軟有彈性, 掛汁度高, 麵條均衡地沾上炸醬其實對其他食物都有興趣, 可惜今天得一個人, 時間又不充裕, 下次同朋友再來食多d埋單$3 茶錢+ $45 橯麵 + $4.8 (加一)= $52.8
