To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然已經過了晚餐時間，銅鑼灣的譚仔依然人頭湧湧。大部份食客都需要搭枱。我坐下了剛離開食客的位置，姐姐迅速清桌，後有一位顏值相當的小伙子給餐具MENU。姐姐落單後三五分鐘就有得食。豆卜還好，但看得出已經發漲了，最大吸不到湯。豬潤煮得太久太乾，縮到很小塊，變得不爽口和難咬。 湯底是只有一種辣度的湖南酸辣口味，油份較重慶酸辣少。配菜非常零碎，米線份量少。小插曲，身旁一位食客催了左三次飲品都沒來，姐姐仲話好正常…….最後吃完了面先有飲料。好慘。
